Ingredients

  • 30 dumpling wrappers
  • 8 oz ground pork
  • 2 cups napa cabbage
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 scallions, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • Oil for frying

Method

Mix the filling and chill briefly so it holds together.

Spoon onto wrappers, moisten the edges, and pleat to seal.

Pan-fry until the bases are golden, then add water and cover to steam.
