Refund Policy

Our promise: every membership and shop order is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy, we will make it right.

1. Membership Refunds

New memberships begin with a 30-day free trial, so you can explore the club before you are charged. If you are charged and decide within 30 days of that charge that the club is not for you, contact us for a full refund of that payment. After 30 days, you may cancel at any time and you will keep access through the end of your current billing period, but past charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

2. Kitchen Shop Returns

You may return most physical products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. To qualify, items should be unused, in their original condition, and ideally in their original packaging.

Return Window

The 30-day window begins on the date your order is delivered. Returns requested after 30 days may be offered store credit at our discretion.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

  • Email info@artfestivalthornebrook.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We will reply with return instructions and a shipping address.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days.

4. Exceptions

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Perishable goods such as pantry items, spices, or any consumable products, for food-safety reasons, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Digital downloads such as printable recipe cards or meal plans, once accessed or downloaded.
  • Items returned outside the 30-day window or not in their original condition.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

6. Shipping Costs

Original shipping charges are refunded only when a return is due to our error or a defective product. For other returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
