- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 cups mixed vegetables
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- Scallions to finish
Method

Soak or boil the noodles until just tender, then drain.
