Ingredients

  • 10 oz wheat noodles
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • Scallions to finish

Method

Soak or boil the noodles until just tender, then drain.

Stir-fry the aromatics and vegetables over high heat.

Add the noodles and sauces, tossing until everything is glossy.
