Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 4 soft burger buns
  • 4 slices cheddar
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • Crisp lettuce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Pickles and onion
  • Salt and pepper

Method

Form the beef into loose patties slightly wider than the buns.
