Ingredients

  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 lb protein of choice
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • Fresh cilantro
  • 2 limes, wedged
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salsa verde
  • Pinch of salt

Method

Warm the tortillas over an open flame or in a dry skillet until pliable.

Sear the protein with cumin and salt until cooked through and lightly charred.
