Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb chicken thighs
  • 3 tbsp shawarma spice
  • 1/4 cup yogurt
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Warm flatbread
  • Garlic toum
  • Pickles
  • Chopped salad

Method

Marinate the chicken in spices and yogurt for a few hours.

Roast or grill until charred at the edges and juicy.
