- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs plus 2 yolks
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tbsp flour
- Pinch of salt
- Cocoa for dusting
- Vanilla ice cream
Method

Melt the chocolate and butter and let cool slightly.

Whisk the eggs, yolks, and sugar until pale, then fold in chocolate and flour.

Fill buttered ramekins and bake just until the edges set.
