Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed biscuits
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Fresh berries

Method

Blitz the biscuits with butter and press into a tin.

Beat the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.

Pour over the base and bake low in a water bath until just set.

Chill overnight and top with fresh berries.
