- 2 lb vegetables for the base
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 cups stock
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh herbs
- Salt and pepper
Method

Sweat the onion and garlic in olive oil until soft.
