Ingredients

  • 6 cups crisp greens
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1/2 cup feta
  • 1/3 cup olives
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • Lemon and oregano

Method

Crisp the greens and slice the vegetables.
