Ingredients

  • 2 cups steamed rice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • Sliced avocado
  • Toasted sesame

Method
