Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats or acai
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries
  • 2 tbsp granola
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • Chia seeds

Method

Blend or soak the base until thick and creamy.

Spoon into a chilled bowl.
