- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
- Fresh basil leaves
- Sea salt and black pepper
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp butter
Method

Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil and cook the pasta until al dente.

Meanwhile warm the oil and garlic in a wide pan until fragrant but not browned.

Toss the drained pasta with the sauce, a splash of pasta water, and the cheese.
