- 2 thick-cut steaks
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Flaky salt
- Cracked pepper
- Side of choice

Bring the steaks to room temperature and season generously.

Sear in a screaming-hot pan, flipping every minute.
