- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 lemon
- Fresh dill
- 1 tsp honey
- Salt and pepper
Method

Pat the fillets dry and season well.

Sear skin-side down in oil until crisp, then flip briefly.

Add butter, garlic, and lemon and baste.

Rest a minute and finish with fresh dill.
