Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • Fresh dill
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Salt and pepper

Method

Pat the fillets dry and season well.

Sear skin-side down in oil until crisp, then flip briefly.

Add butter, garlic, and lemon and baste.

Rest a minute and finish with fresh dill.
